In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. Participation in real-money gaming activities on jl01 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) jl01 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. jl01 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and balances may be subject to forfeiture.
2.4 Registration Requirements. To register a jl01 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as jl01 may require at the time of registration or during subsequent KYC verification. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly notify jl01 of any changes.
2.5 Corporate and Third-Party Accounts. jl01 accounts are personal accounts intended solely for the use of the registered individual. Registration by or on behalf of corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other non-natural persons is prohibited. Accounts may not be operated by a third party on behalf of another individual.
3.1 Member Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jl01 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You agree to notify jl01 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jl01 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or to notify jl01 promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree that all information you provide to jl01 — at registration, during KYC verification, and at any other time — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and termination.
3.4 Account Sharing Prohibition. Your jl01 account is strictly personal. You must not share access to your account with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or an unauthorized third party — is your sole responsibility.
4.1 Accepted Currency. All transactions on jl01 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jl01 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Where a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, any conversion fees or rate differences are the member's responsibility.
4.2 Payment Methods. jl01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfer methods as updated on the platform. jl01 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly and reflect in your jl01 wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed during banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of funds from your jl01 account is subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the level required for the withdrawal amount requested; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) no open investigation or active compliance review on the account.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. jl01 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes under standard conditions: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers within the same business day. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
4.6 Own-Method Policy. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the member's own name. jl01 does not permit third-party funding or withdrawal to accounts held by persons other than the registered member. Funds received from or sent to third-party accounts will be returned and the originating account flagged for review.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login or financial activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl01 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the fee schedule on the platform. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free rounds, and other promotional benefits offered by jl01 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, the member must satisfy the wagering requirement associated with the bonus. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. jl01 reserves the right to determine eligibility for specific promotions at its sole discretion. jl01 may exclude members from specific promotions based on account history, geographic location, or other factors. One promotion per household, per IP address, and per device may apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. jl01 actively monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, jl01 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the associated account(s).
5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements for accepted bonuses must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms. jl01 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on jl01 operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating. Participation in a game constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.
6.2 Certified RNG. All RNG-based games on jl01 — including slots, bingo, and crash games — use independently certified Random Number Generators. The outcome of each game round is determined by this certified system and is not subject to manipulation by jl01 or any third party.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. 6.4 Malfunction Policy. 6.5 Disputed Results. Members who wish to dispute a game result must submit a complaint within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. jl01 will review the submission using available game logs. Results of the investigation are final and binding.

9.2 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the jl01 platform or its content without the prior written consent of jl01. Unauthorized use of jl01 intellectual property may constitute copyright and trademark infringement under Philippine law.
9.3 User Content. Where jl01 permits members to submit content — such as support messages, reviews, or feedback — you grant jl01 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate such content for operational and marketing purposes, subject to jl01's Privacy Policy.
10.1 Service Availability. jl01 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jl01's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
10.2 Exclusion of Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the jl01 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where jl01 is found liable for direct damages in connection with your use of the platform, jl01's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to your jl01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Member Decisions. All gaming and financial decisions made on jl01 are your own. jl01 does not provide financial advice and accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through your voluntary participation in gaming activities on the platform. Gambling involves risk; you may lose money.
11.1 jl01's Right to Suspend. jl01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a regulatory direction; or where continued operation of the account would expose jl01 to legal, reputational, or compliance risk.
11.2 Member-Initiated Closure. You may close your jl01 account at any time by contacting jl01 customer support. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable time. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard processing, subject to the absence of outstanding verification requirements or bonus wagering obligations.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your jl01 account — whether by jl01 or by your own request — your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. 13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended), and such other applicable Philippine legislation as is relevant to online gaming operations.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jl01 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jl01's formal customer complaints process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate to the applicable regulatory authority or pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described above.
